Made these brownies from scratch and absolutely loved them. I did not add the epresso flavor but found it didn't need it. Also, I had to bake mine a great deal longer then the suggested bake time just because they were so gooey. I also used dark chocolate cocoa powder in place of regular, the brownies came out almost black they were so dark but satisfied my chocolate fix all the way.
